Julia is a multi-award-winning entrepreneur and founder of JT. Production Management (event management agency), with over a decade of experience producing large-scale projects and high-impact experiences across diverse industries. During the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, Julia's strategic innovation led to the remarkable growth of her events company, tripling its size by adapting to the rapidly changing landscape and finding new ways to engage clients and audiences. This success highlighted a key need: a tailored event management product that could truly serve the needs of both clients and stakeholders while solving the recurring pain points event managers face.
Driven by this insight, Julia founded Future Events Lab, aiming to provide a comprehensive solution that enhances event experiences and simplifies the complex logistics behind them. With numerous awards and accolades to her name, Julia continues to push the boundaries of what’s possible in the events industry through innovation, creativity, and a commitment to excellence.

Director & Head of Product
Bernadette is a strategic leader who specialises in transforming ambitious visions into measurable outcomes. She brings over 18 years of experience in IT strategy, operations, and team development to drive sustainable innovation within the events industry. As founder of Cedar Street Consulting and co-founder of climate tech startup SevenSummers, Bernadette understands both the challenges and opportunities of establishing businesses that matter.
She's passionate about mentoring emerging talent, cultivating high-performing teams, and championing technology solutions that generate positive impact. Bernadette believes optimal results emerge from combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution—because the future of events deserves both innovation and authenticity.
